HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two periods:

1. Processing time (1-2 days):

Order confirmation, quality check, packaging of the product.

Within 12-36 hours after ordering, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order has been released in our system, logistics will be instructed and you will receive a tracking number.

2. Delivery time:

Once the item is ready for shipment from the warehouse, it takes:

• USA 3-7 working days

• Europe 3-5 working days

• Germany 3-5 working days

to be delivered to the destination.

*All shipping times exclude customs delays. During peak times like Christmas or Black Friday, there may be delays.

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?
